I mean what I say when I say I do...
Here it goes ladies. No more going through the motions. Wipe those tears from your eyes beautiful... I know I cannot make up for the mistakes of the men in this world but I can apologize for them. As men, we failed you. We disrespected you by losing our values and moral. We have used and mistreated you for as long as you can remember… We have raped and murdered your dreams of a future with a loving husband and family. We have given you children and became cowards that left you to fend for yourself to raise children in fatherless homes. We gave up on following a loving God to view you as the answer to our sexual desires. We no longer seek the internal beauty of a woman to find the fruit, the seed, and the soul. We became judgmental and chose not to listen when you spoke to us. We verbally, physically and emotionally abused you. We are no longer men of honor. We are men of disgrace. Our fathers, grandfathers and even our greats would be ashamed of us. And our mothers… I won’t even go there. There is no excuse for the actions we have made and the crimes we have committed against you as women and more importantly as human beings with emotions, feelings, hearts and souls. So ladies I am here to apologize for the mistakes my brothers have made. If you can just pass this message onto your friends being of women or men so they know there are men out there that do care about where the reputation of the men in this world is heading. As far as the men that receive this message goes I plead to you… Open your hearts and eyes before it’s too late and our very children (sons & daughters) completely lose hope and respect for us as men and fathers and as role models. There needs to be a revival and I pledge to start here this day, this very second. This is my apology to the women of this world. Wipe those tears from your eyes beautiful...I am here with you now...
